Same-Day Dispatch
All orders placed before 3:00 PM NZST on business days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Penrose, Auckland. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

Shipping FAQ
How long does delivery take?
Installer delivery typically takes 1–3 business days depending on location. Home delivery takes 2–4 business days nationwide. Auckland mobile fitting is available on the next available date after ordering.
Is delivery really free to installers?
Yes — delivery to any of our 185+ certified installer locations across New Zealand is completely free. We cover all shipping costs when you choose installer delivery.
When do orders ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day from our Penrose warehouse. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Home delivery orders can be tracked in real-time through our shipping partner's website.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
For home delivery, a signature is required. If you're not available, the courier will leave a card and attempt redelivery the next business day. You can also redirect to a different address or pick-up point.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, we deliver to all New Zealand addresses including rural areas. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days. There is no extra charge for rural delivery.
Can I change my delivery method after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us at 09 580 2403 and we'll update your delivery method. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
What happens if my tyres arrive damaged?
All tyres are carefully inspected before dispatch and packaged for safe transit. If your tyres arrive damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement.
